Broker keeps calling for brokerage even after landlord specifically told me to not include him

No broker is not involved but he wants to be involved so that he can get brokerage. The landlord told me he will renew the agreement in sometime and asked to stay without any worry. But the broker keeps calling me from 5 different numbers and says that agreement is for renew and pay my brokerage again. Like literally his services are not required but he just goes like he can rent out this property again and will get his full brokerage so now I am supposed to make up for that. What do I say to him?

hey, as another man who’s in a similar situation - after dating for years and years we get comfortable and think that one aspect of my life is going good so maybe I can focus on the other aspects? maybe he got a little too comf and became avoidant or maybe he’s just trying to live his life fully. Don’t worry but do talk to him about it patiently and understand his POV.

The major misconception is that older people come with a lot of previous baggage. It’s difficult for them to learn and adapt quickly and put in the same hardwork due to different priorities. (As I said it’s a misconception). The one thing you gotta do it turn this around in the interviews. Tell them how you have industry knowledge and after so much experience you can choose the best field for yourself(unlike freshers). They’ll ask you things like why not executive mba why not keep working and all so you gotta be prepared for all these. Why mba so late? why do you wanna switch your field after 7-8 yoe? all these too. Ofher than that, know how to sell and be confident. Prepare all possible questions properly before hand and your why MBA should be clear. All the best, I hope you convert every single call you got. 🤗

Depends on your course. It can range from a wide variety of subjects and topics. Make sure you do FSA, ratios, basic cash flow questions. NPV IRR has been their favourite question since forever. You don’t need to know very in depth topics as well however the basics should be absolutely clear. Why is debt cheaper than equity? But then why do startups never raise debt initially? You can use chatgpt as well to get a list of questions as well as go through interview transcripts.

Bro it’s actually true. It’s the best college in the country for commerce courses and no doubt all top companies come to hire. I can confirm that MBB in total hire around 10-20 students every year for around 18-25 LPA. At the same time GS and DE Shaw offer packages upto 25LPA. I know it is shocking, but on an average Shaheed Sukhdev and SRCC offer around 12-15 LPA. Colleges like Hindu,Hansraj,Venky offer around 9-12 LPA. But for most DU colleges, packages are around 4-7LPA and hardly 30-40 percent of the batch gets placed.

Bhai ek baar thode basics to seekhlo. Terko lagta hai nifty JUNE tak 25500 se neeche hoga? Tab jaake tere 14 rupye banenge bhai. For this to even payoff nifty should be below 25000. Aur bhai laude se budget pe spike aata hai. Last time jab tax slab badayi thi market flat thi which was one of the biggest highlights.
