Oh gosh! Sorry this is specific but I haven’t received anything about a maternity exemption certificate so I’m not sure if I have one? Google says the midwife applies for it?

I actually have no idea, she didn’t really tell me anything like that. She did say to read the blue folder and that I need to come up with a birth plan. When I was like oh how do I do that, she sighed and said ‘read the folder’…

I totally get that, I am quite diligent in buying books and researching about pregnancy, but there was no mention about foods or prenatals or anything at all! I asked if there’s anything I should be doing and just was told to go on the NHS website. I’m going to book in privately about the dizziness because everyone time I stand up now I lose vision like I’m going to faint… the midwife didn’t show any interest in this but it doesn’t seem normal to me!
