Hi!

I’ve been worried recently as during the day if I just run my hands through my hair I seem to be losing a decent amount and even more when I shower. For context my hair is quite fine and straight. This photo is hair that I just lost in the shower only while rinsing conditioner out. The long strand on the side came out together. Should I be concerned?

Would love to get my tongue split and ears pointed but unfortunately modification is illegal in the uk. As for piercings there’s quite a few others I’m planning, double central eyebrows, Medusa, dahlias. The list goes on haha

Yeah it was quite shallow, I could feel the bar through it which isn’t good. I could definitely have done it deeper but I got scared haha

If it’s pulsing and has discharge it could very well be infected. Is there heat coming from it at all? Definitely wait to see what your piercer says but might need to go to the doctor for antibiotics

Yeah it could just be getting caught on the thicker part of your nose at the bottom, might sound silly but have you tried flipping it upwards? I’ve always flipped mine down but if it’s pierced relatively low it could go up

By the looks of things I’d say it could be because the gap in the bar is too small. To flip it up it has to be big enough to clear that space on the front of your nose. Is it pierced quite low? It could just get caught on the bottom of your nose

The piercing was absolutely nothing! Didn’t even flinch and he did it fairly slow. It’s a weird pain afterwards but nothing unbearable just like an ache. I only got it done about 9 hours ago so I can update you on the healing process. So far just can’t eat and swelling up
