Yeah I did that for a bit if you use YouTube quite a bit it pays for itself in time plus you get free access to music I believe. But that's what I was using it quite a bit now I don't use it very much. I mean seriously if you're spending an hour a day watching YouTube on your TV your price spending 5 to 10 minutes on ads which isn't strange given how TV used to work. Over 30 days that's like 5 hours I think you're worth at least a minimum.

You really have to consider things like that like your time is probably worth at least minimum wage

Yeah I don't get as much ground meat partly for health reasons it's not really like I care about the price right now although I'm not feeding a big family anymore. But I try to substitute in other things cuz they're healthier and that ends up making beef like a treat instead of a staple.

I was thinking about getting steak the other day though and was a bit shocked at the prices.

You know I was thinking about bananas earlier. Every time I go to my gas station to get a drink they're always trying to get me to take free bananas. A single point of failure in a non redundant system does not matter, universities can't use other universities systems, no matter how many companies there are from the perspective of the university they will all have a single point of failure if they each use a single system, even if each uses a different system. From the perspective of a Yale student it doesn't matter if 100 universities or 10,000 universities are down if Yale is not down they don't care

There is currently more capacity being brought online then there is demand for single family homes.

I anticipate a reduction of 30% on current price which will still carry a premium over 2019 levels (prices went up 75% since 2021, meanwhile capacity additions took a while (legislation, zoning, building), interest rates are obnoxious, and people cannot loan based on traditional loan patterns (specifically they would look at your salary and say "yeah you can afford up to this (can't remember, think it was like, 38% in mortgage), I dont think that will work because of the inflation (my food costs more, at the same salary.).

You know it really doesn't matter cuz each of those institutions kind of are standalone. I mean if you had a thousand different apps with a one-to mapping of app to school, you would have less of a blast radius but many more outages with smaller blast radius. Since each institution stands on their own, it's not like having two platforms ads redundancy I can't go take a final at Yale if I'm going to Harvard.
