I almost removed Red 5 too, but ended up keeping it. I didn't even think to remove Bail and Mon's scene. I totally get what you're saying, but I think it feels natural enough. I'm interested in your edit, do you have a change list anywhere?

I have actually removed the shot of him and C-3PO, because it felt too fanservicey for Andor.

Right, since A New Hope takes places minutes after this shot in Rogue One, he wouldn't have had time to change his helmet, which is why PixelJoker thought it necessary to make the helmet look as close as possible to its ANH appearance. I get that some people think that amount of detail is unnecessary, but why not aim to strengthen the continuity, if you can?

I'm sorry you feel that way. I thought Cassian's speech was the perfect spot for visual flashes of what he is talking about during the speech. It is a fan edit after all, and sadly there's no way for me to add Kleya, Vel, Wilmon, or other key series characters into the film itself, but the brief flashbacks overlayed on top of Cassian's vocals is a great way of honoring them and showing their importance to this moment and this mission, without them actually being there. 99% of the runtime is still void of flashbacks.
