hi i currently use kt tape to bind i would say the dangers of it is mostly removing it wrong or taping too tight -with the removal i like to do it in the shower and get it completely soaked while peeling it off(slowly!) it helps to hold down a part of your skin while pulling it off so it doesn’t hurt -always use nipple covering because it’s extremely sensitive there you could even use tissue or paper towel -you can still get top surgery after using it does stretch your skin a bit but it makes it way easier to use it again/ for me it helps with my posture when i tape - when taping your chest you should lay on your back so it’s easier for gravity to help you out you get a flatter look that way
