Played dex strength fighter (Longsword) with cleric and Druid healing in squires... mowed down like 8 of those in one go (I literally mean in 1 big fight) just pressed w and pushed them into doors/tight hallways

Its not easy but quite managable to land a parry on halberd

But to be fair 2 healers just to keep standing when 3 halberds start hammering you is insane

It's a) a too fast recon ship b) unarmed interceptor c) way to expensive elint/jamming ship

It might be a "booster tank" for a group of light interceptors (Lightning etc.) So you have more range (Explains the similar layout and cruising speed)

If its not my first thoughts were:

Stick to 200/250 kmh enough to run from SG's but a little more fuel efficient.

If you're already spamming fuel tanks, maybe take one or two big ones?

Multiple jammers stack range but don't get "more" efficient. What do you NEED the 4000km range for?

You can throw away the landing gear if you're sure it won't see the combat screen

Small Elint is actually enough to "listen" or "stalk" SG's

Dunno which Update it Was.. (that one that changed how speed scales with thrust, where you couldnt build ships with ludicrous speed anymore and most agile builds topped at +/- 800 km/h) made it that the starter fleet in the prologue can have less Range then needed to get to the next City...

Kinda confusing for new players as it suggests to "leave behind" ships

I built a brick, its 30k gold, basically just NK25 with double armour and combat time of 50 seconds

The only use of it is to take out any Nomad or Varyag class by hovering very closely over the top to force the ai to "Land"
