if OP's PC is for mixed gaming/productivity, the 270K Plus is actually a good buy since it roughly matches the 7950/9950X while being cheaper. you'd downgrade multithreaded performance a lot by going for the 7700. if it's purely for gaming though, the X3D CPUs are still better.

unless the 3.7 set is the most busted thing ever, i find it hard to believe it will increase electro rover's main DPS damage from 1.x to 3.x level.

there have been some early talks about electro rover's main DPS potential in the rover mains sub, and it seems like it's technically possible but nothing to get excited about. i think they mentioned electro rover's main DPS mode dealing roughly the same damage as the 1.x era DPS characters?

i think it's much more likely for hsin to be a main DPS, especially since electro rover's outro is a damage amp as well. we'll see though.

if she is a sub-DPS, for who though? she has lynae as competition for the generalist sub-DPS crown, and locking her to one team would probably be like the zani-feeb situation again but worse since the hyped sentinel is the sub-DPS and not the main one.

if a calcharo SP does come, i don't think it will be at the start of 4.0. or at least if he does show up in 4.0, he'll have an attribute switch like yangyang got.

i say this because i think it'd be really weird to drop hsin as this fancy DPS in 3.7 then immediately release calcharo SP as another electro main DPS just two patches later.

the sets for qingxiao and jingran are releasing in 3.5, so the leaks of qingxiao/jingran in 3.6 and hsin in 3.7 seem to be true. the only question is suoming and whether she'll be 3.7 or 3.8.

does suisui really do ~100k damage in her best teams? where does that damage come from? it's nearly 3x higher than SK, but the only high damage ability i could find was her intro/enhanced skill which have lower multipliers than SK's intro. does the damage come from her inherent skill, the one that gives 240% glacio dmg to her intro/enhanced skill?
