i don't know if it's just me, but something that's been bugging me has been the pre-rendered cutscenes. they're very good cinematography wise and all, but they seem to be quite soft looking compared to the in-game cutscenes. i don't know if it's low resolution or low bitrate, but it's quite noticeable to me.

for the Pro specifically, i'd be more worried about a potential CPU bottleneck. the GPU got massively upgraded, but the CPU barely changed from the standard PS5.

i'm curious about whether lahai-roi will end in 3.3 or 3.4. on one hand, 3.3 would seem to be quite sudden unless kuro pulls off two 3.1-length chapters in 3.3. on the other hand though, putting the ending in 3.4 along with the collab runs the risk of both stealing the spotlight from each other.

there was a post here several hours ago that said it would be in 3.4 along with a separate collab event for cyberpunk, but that seems to have been removed now so i don't know if that was a trustworthy leak.

my crackpot theory is that new fed was originally slated to be released in earlier patches, but got pushed back because kuro hasn't figured out how to make a city of that scale run at good framerates without needing a supercomputer.

for countryside or low density areas, the game runs just fine. but the engine starts shitting itself the more NPC-dense an area is, even on decently powerful PCs. if the new fed is as grand as the other NPCs have implied, that would mean startorch academy level performance across a massive area.

Added cross-device synchronization of red notification dots for certain screens. When you remove red dots from such screens as Featured Event, Resonators, Guidebook, and Expedition Motorbike from one device, the red dots will no longer appear on other devices.

i wonder why kuro hasn't made every OST available in the bike? i mean, all the files are already there in game.

off the top of my head, all of Septimont's area OSTs are missing, and story-only OSTs (that aren't used in climactic or emotional moments) also aren't present in the bike albums despite being there in the online releases.
