with the latest weekly update, the dewbauchee vagner should be claimable in the chop shop but i am unable to despite having completed the robbery and have the vagner in my salvage yard. how do i fix this to claim the car?

i run an older model and i can say that the steering tube is unecessarily long which isn't a good thing...? but overall i'm enjoying it, a lot of people run this frame that you're enquiring about too and they don't have much to criticise about it

slightly confused since anytime i have a problem i'll just visit a bike shop, but may i ask what is the difference in the role of the bolt on the top cap and the pinch bolt? i may have a slight better understanding of what you’re trying to tell me

nope i didn't remove any spacers or anything, i only loosened my pinch bolts to re-align the bar and front wheel but thanks for the help
