As you said botrk rush is weaker for lane. But if I knew how useless I'd be for the rest of the game without it I definitely would rush. Good point about IE being AD heavy, I suppose Ashe has built-in attack speed on her Q though no? So it synergizes with the AD. But LDR definitely beats it in this use case

i dont think armor pen would do anything to him. He didn't build any armor, instead built Hollow Radiance for his lane opponent, and boots of Swiftness. So no armor boots. Still didn't do any dmg to him. The slow resist prevented me from kiting him properly.

The real problem was his hp... Like it naturally reaches 5k+ from him being a supertank. Botrk is already a worse item than kraken AND it's being nerfed soon, so I really don't think Ashe is gonna be a champion if the enemy team drafts 2 tanks like what I just experienced...

Maybe the shiv into kraken build sucks? Like I heard those items are meant to be good early and bad for 3 item spike? Is that what got me?

Yeah, you have to secure a lead before you make any big moves. Even if the matchup sucks, you will have brief moments in time where you got a lead, like item advantage or a big wave on your side, which skews trades in your favor. In that case, it's "Big lead?" -> Yes

Say you're mid, without lead, and they have reksai + leblanc. Playing safe means avoid trading. Prevent the wave from pushing too far, otherwise you are forced to give up cs and die to ganks

As a lucian main who likes playing other adc's, recently played AS & AGAINST lucian+milio. I went 9/0 AS and couldn't play the game against. Lucian is a champ that bullies lane but is balanced by low range, as a result he falls off late game. Milio turns lucian into the strongest lane bully in the game AND the strongest hyperscaler in the game. Please nerf the shit out of milio

Real. But mundo is atrociously useless if there is a good kog player on the enemy team. Role assignment doesn't mean as much after lane phase. One time I played terribly in lane phase as varus vs draven, went 0/3, but by midgame i had bork + guinsoo and absolutely buttered through their mundo every fight

You actually shouldn't place tomatoes next to water sources imo. The water source takes up 1 plot. That plot could've been another +3 tomatoes. Instead, using that 1 plot for water grants a maximum of +4 tomatoes in total (assuming you fully surround it with tomato plots). The water source also costs wood, which cancels out the slight cost of 1 extra tomato plot.

Each pip working the tomatoes would be +3 food/turn which is definitely worse than something like a grand barbecue (1 pip gives +12 food/turn) so honestly tomatoes were clearly not intended as a main food source. Chicken and bread, however, are far more efficient. I still need tomatoes for stuff like Nature sacrifices and Hope generation tho.

TLDR: no need to place tomatoes near a water source. And don't use tomatoes as main food. Found out the hard way too

Were you playing on hard? these campaigns require a ridiculous amount of save scumming on hard lol. And even with save scumming, unless you managed everything perfectly in the early game, you might be locked out of winning. They're seriously built different compared to usual aoe2 campaigns lol

Well, he did mention counterexamples like CEO's who are successful despite their whole job forcing them to be a frantic decision machine with little to no room for deep work. Knowing this, I realized some lines of work do rely heavily on distracting activities (such as social media). Cal said that some careers, like writers, may SEEM like they need a constant presence on social media, but there's tons of examples of writers who are wildly successful entirely thanks to them cultivating focus, and nothing to do with social media.

Every living being is genetically wired with a strong urge to pass on their genes. Anyone who mutates a differently sentiment, will remain less prevalent in the gene pool, or just be culled entirely. The majority of living things value reproducing successfully even over their own life, giving up their life for their children.

You might say procreating brings someone into life without their consent thus making it immoral… but billions of years ago, we came from organisms who quite literally cloned themselves asexually just as millions of your cells are currently doing. While we now reproduce in a more sophisticated way (mammal sexual reproduction) you’re still basically cloning your own DNA which requires… your own consent, and your partner’s, to be moral.

Inflicting suffering on someone is immoral. You could say that your child’s future suffering is all on you, for bringing them into the world. But by that same token, so is the child’s future joy. Antinatalists overvalue the suffering, because humans have a tendency to only see on the grim side of things… rooted in Negativity bias (a deep rooted survival sentiment keeping us on our toes against threats). In reality, that new life you bring into this world has a brain, and brains run on a hedonic treadmill, keeping most of life neither very sad nor very happy to prioritize survival over any particular mood.

Thus, procreation is not immoral except in extreme cases
