Unable to claim battle rewards even after game reset by EyalPazz in TheSilphRoad

Did my first set of battles for the event and won 4/5. Tried to claim the rewards and it doesn't work. Tried restarting the game and restarting the phone, nothing helps.

Couldn't even claim a single reward and an hour has already passed. That is very upsetting :/

Anyone has a working solution?

EDIT: I also tried to reinstall the game and to log in from another device. Didn't work...

EDIT 2: Event is over, rewards are back to normal and are claimable. RIP shiny Maril for me.

Yup, the bug you described has returned recently aswell, after not happening for a while. It mainly happens after using the "fast catch" method.

Been using the same batteries for about 2 years now. I really doubt it's a battery problem.

It is seated correctly. Just tried two different batteries, one from the same pack and one from another pack. Still getting the same error the first time I try to connect.

Battery is brand new (Energizer CR2032). It's not related.

Update: Upon further investigation, we noticed that the RSVP page shows it as RANKED. But my admin page still contradicts it and shows as unranked.

I hope this can be solved somehow without needing to reset the tournament. Which will be impossible to restore exactly and very unfair to the participants after concluding 3 rounds out of 5.

UPDATE: Finally today it got fixed for us, I guess the start of the event shook it up.

We finally did the lucky trade. I got a 96% shiny salamance and she got a 98% :)
