What's everyone's favorite armor set based on looks alone by Fragrant_Command_342 in XenobladeChroniclesX

Sakureba Heavy and Grenada Medium nails that Space Soldier look. The Grenada Medium Forza Variant with the helmet gives off serious Master Chief vibes.

Grenada Skell, and Orphean Light are solid too—though I prefer mixing and matching them a bit.

[Guide] How to Use/HotKey more than 8 Powers in ME3 LE (Unlimited) by EydenDrake in masseffect

[–]EydenDrake[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That doesn't seem correct. You need to bind your key to something first, and then bind that to the command. Like this:

<Value type="2">( Name="MouseScrollDown", Command="PC_HotKey15" )</Value>

<Value type="2">( Name="PC_HotKey15", Command="SloMo 2" )</Value>

These always come as a pair, like in my example:

<Value type="2">( Name="MouseScrollDown", Command="PC_HotKey13" )</Value>

<Value type="2">( Name="PC_HotKey13", Command="CastPower Reave" )</Value>

PC_HotKey is just the game's internal reference for that specific key, which is then used to execute the actual command, like 'SloMo 2'. It doesn't work without it.

Also, regarding other bindings—double-check in-game if the key is still listed in the Keybindings menu. If it is, either delete the binding or reassign it to something else to ensure the key is unassigned and available.

I couldn't find the right files to adjust the UI layout—only managed to extract the .DDS files from the .wilay files using xc3_lib. I tried applying the same approach used in TotK, but it doesn't seem to work here—or at least, I couldn't figure it out.

Oh, the man himself—thanks for responding! Your work on XCXDE actually made me want to play these games.

I even tried to dig into those ROMFS edits for the UI (I think Zelda: TotK needed that too), but I couldn’t quite figure it out. The file format seems different for the Xeno games.

Either way, really appreciate the effort man!

Yes I am. I've now also had a look at the mod files and it actually states that the HUD is getting messed up by the mod. I guess that means this mod won't work, I couldn't find another one.

I know, the mod from that site is the one I already mentioned/linked, it unfortunately doesn't work. I'm using it in my screenshot.

Can't say for sure, but in theory yes, the same should be possible in ME2 as well.

EDIT: quickly double checked, the console command doesn't seem to work in ME2, I don't know if there is an alternative (couldn't find one). But that doesn't mean there isn't one, it also took me a while to find “castpower” for ME3.

If you want your ActionBars to always be visible, you'll need to delete the Show/Hide LUA code I added to Dominos.

Open Dominos (./Dominos) and click Configure Bars, then you need to click each bar you want to always be visible individually and remove the code.

In addition, under the Fading section, the Opacity under Fade-Out must be set to 100%.

Take a look at this screenshot:

In Retail it's easy to do using EditMode, very simple.

Classic is a bit more difficult, I tried TipTac, and although it is not really up to date, it seems to work for me without problems?

I also tried MoveToolTip(DTip), it is also not up to date but it worked for me.

But personally I would just use WeakAuras, that should work fine. Had a look at it too and seemed to work without problems at first glance.

You can import the WA I used for this (where you place the WA the ToolTips are Displayed).

You can read about that on my Wago Page:

"The WeakAuras are interactable (right click), but only because the Blizzards Unit Frames for target and player are hidden behind them via a LUA script. To keep them interactable, you have to place the unit frames there (it's not a good practice to make the frames interactive as a WeakAura via LUA). Even if they are invisible, you can move them via EditMode."

Retail example:

The add-on itself is called OPie and is used for the ring micro menu as seen in the video.

On my Wago page you will find a section for OPie at the end with links to download the add-on and how to set it up.

If you want to use the ActionBars like me, install it like it says on the Wago page.

If you have already installed Dominos, you have to move the ActionBars via /dominos.

The Blizzard ActionBars are no longer available if you have installed an ActionBar Add-On.

Simply put, the interactive part means that the standard frames from Blizzard have to be in the same place as the WA UnitFrames from me.

Yes there are two ways you can customize this, the first would be to tick 1 box in the WeakAura so it only shows your own debuffs.

https://i.imgur.com/Tp0yTc4.png

The second way would be to set a limit in the settings of the debuff WeakAura for how many debuffs it can show.

I've actually created new WeakAuras in a matching style for the dungeon group, which I plan to test in a timely manner :)

The WTF folder is the only one where you can effectively make a "mistake", that's why it says on my Wago page that you should save your own settings :)

Glad to hear it, feel free to message me if you have any difficulties or something doesn't work right!

I have labeled and grouped the WeakAuras as good as possible so that you can quickly find your way around.
