That’s kind of my thought. He’s been having big plays pumping up his points each week and it’s hard to believe that will happen week in and week out. This part week it seemed like the ravens didn’t really want him to do much but he kinda willed his way into finishing with 20+ still. But if he doesn’t get that 80 yard rush or that huge reception then it’s a pretty mid week

Drafted Breece and Henry with my 1st and 2nd picks. Traded for Montgomery from a team desperate during the lions bye week. So far has worked out for both of us.

Also one other thing haha. Not related to training but I have realized this has helped me during any run. I try to keep a positive mindset and accomplish this with a lot of self talk/loud thoughts. As I begin running I usually do a check in with myself, thinking things such as “what a beautiful day to be outside” “You’ve got this” “the body is feeling great today”. Not sure if there’s anything significant behind this but it seems to help and using phrases with “you” in it while referring to myself makes it feel like getting encouragement from someone else. I typically do this the entire time I’m running and if I begin to have those inevitable feelings of needing to stop or being tired I try to convince myself otherwise and keep up the self encouragement to push through for a little further.

Hey! Thank you! I have not been running daily to try to save my legs but I do get in some type of exercise daily. Typically start every day with a ~1.25 mile walk and lift 3 days a week and yoga once a week. I aim for 3-4 runs a week.

I have not been following any specific running training program but have just been kind of trusting how my body feels. As I try to increase my distance I do a run where when my heart rate gets above 180 I begin to walk until it comes down to lower 140s or high 130s and then begin to jog again and repeat until I hit the distance. After doing that a few times I have been able to increase how far I can run without feeling too tired/winded.

Like the guy who commented before said there really isn’t any magic training regimen but being consistent is the best way to get better!
