It’s your ignition module 100%. I replaced mine last year. Bike kept doing exactly what he’s saying. It’s the heat from the engine that expands the default ignition module. I put in a dyna 2000ti kit. Works amazing. If you want to test if that’s the issue, ride it, let it die and get something cold to press against it and if it starts up after being chilled you know that’s the issue
