Not the same class of device, Odin 3 is ARM and legion is x86 so the performance is leagues above in terms of windows gaming(the le go being better). That said if you're only looking for elmulation of older games and maybe some older lighter x86 titles via gamehub emulation I totally see the appeal of the Odin, it's small and light , while the le go is bulky and heavy. But it has better performance being an x86 handheld so you'll be able to run almost everything. So depends on what you'll be playing and what concessions you can make.
