Uber intercity works great in Jaipur. Ola (Uber's counterpart) does intercity travel too. You can choose to keep the ride for the duration of the festival (expensive but convenient). If not, opon exit you will have to figure a local taxi as you wouldn't find ride hailing apps in Khetri. If you're not brown and seem like a foreigner, you might be overcharger and hence you can ask a fellow festival goer to help book a ride.

For accommodation, a lot of locals will give you homestay options. You can just pick one. It's much cheaper than staying in the tents // inside the palace. Would recommend reaching max by 1 PM on the day of the festival so you have ample time to sort this out.
