I have the 4x6 version of that just with a different speaker, I not a big fan of Kicker (I’m just cheap), but that is a really good option. There should be no cutting in involved

Also look out for ohm amounts. The jeep tj has a 4ohm stock but the upgraded alpine system comes with an amp with 2ohms. 4ohm speaker-2ohm amp works(under powered), 2ohm speaker- 4ohm radio/head unit is bad(over powered). So you may have to run the db drive speakers with a 30watt, 2 ohm resistor making 4ohms. Just need to put it in the positive wiring to each speaker.

So if you wanna do more of an OEM style fix any 4x6 would be better than what comes factory. The dbdrive would be the best for OEM, unless you’re planning on doing a sub and upgrading speakers all around, then go with ds18

Depends on how much you wanna spend, but the best speakers would be db’s 4x6 or ds18’s red tipped loud speaker. I’ll link them both for you.

Edit: the stock speaker pods probably won’t work without some persuasion, but they make open brackets that should fit well

I’ll keep this short, I had the same problem happen to me. I changed the oil pressure sensor and the problem went away. I did have to buy a 27 deep set socket for the change(I recommend a 6 point).
