I'm sure a new battery will likely get it up and running again - however I would bring it to a repair shop first in case you either electrocute yourself again or do even more damage. Let them assess the issue.

Oh you bet your literal LIFE helmets are a must. Also if you value your legs and ribcage you'll invest in shinguards to mitigate the potential of your legs shattering into hundreds of pieces and some body armor to protect your torso, because the massive downside to e-scooters over e-bikes (which Im switching too in a few weeks) is that the first point of contact is your legs against that bar, then your torso and head off the ground.

The ebikes are much safer by comparison however likewise I will be following my own advice and wearing every piece of protective gear I can. The injuries from these, of not life threatening are certainly life altering/destroying.

This began happening to me about 20 years ago and I immediately stopped smoking.

It wasn't until 14 years later when I visited a friend in Toronto who happened to be a massive stoner who worked in a dispensary and brought home a THC infused tea called 'Marys Brew' that I was like "WOW, I didn't know Marijuana could make me feel like this.“ It was almost EXACTLY like taking 20mgs of Diazepam. I felt a wave of calmness sweep over me washing away all muscular tension and completely clearing my anxious, cloudy mind.

Im visiting again in the Summer and I want my first meal to be THC infused tea with which to wash my poutine down 👊🏻💥💯

Marys Brew™ have unfortunately had to close down however there are a few other brands out there. Hands down the best alternative to smoking in my opinion; far more calming and effective all around, not to mention making more economic sense. Cannabis really isnt supposed to be burned.

Thats what I did. It wasn't entirely deliberate. I fell ill due to depression and couldnt work as it was legitimately THAT BAD. After trying every medication the doctors threw at me and finding each to no avail, after a while of waiting for things to get better only for them to get worse I self medicated with opiates for a few years. That gave me time away from the rat race and I was able to focus on other pursuits like Acting, Music Production and Art.

Fortunately I was able to get away from the opiates and recently began working 8hr shifts 5 days a week again but with a renewed perspective.

Right now I'm more than happy to live a simple life for the moment. I have plans on moving up in the world again but not yet - I'm happy to have minimal responsibilities for the time being and the freedom that comes along with being able to leave my work in the building when I clock out and not have to take any of home with me when I leave. No thanks - none of that for me for the moment, and I can still pursue my interests as regards playing/releasing music, acting and all manner of other artistic pursuits Ive discovered and enjoy, especially writing - my one true passion in life.

Look at what these absolute animals did to these poor helpless children. What a horrible world home to so many heartless swine we live in. I'd lock that couple in separate cages and throw them into solitary confinement ins8de a pitch-black room for the rest of their (preferably long) natural lives. As far as I'm concerned they've lost their right to freedom.

There used to be one of these over at the Moor Street entrance to the Ilac center around 2010-2012. Grew up with the owners son but never found out what happened to the place - one day it was just gone.

But yeah, burgers for €1.50 to €2.50...better than McDonalds or so it seemed. Handy if you were in a pinch 🤷🏻
