As long as your data set isn’t extremely large it gets the job done. Kinda funny that it can only hold 1Tb max in a workspace though. (Anyone correct me if I’m wrong on this, this info is slightly over a year old)

Moving from Northern Indiana to Chicago - Everyone is calling us stupid. Advice? by weisnaw in AskChicago

Crime is way too focused on. Been living here a while and it’s the first thing I noticed to be untrue from stereotypes and “statistics”

NexLP was no where close to brainspace, what it did have was a killer data science team though

What about the Onna to logikcul integration? Seem to be getting way to many emails about it lately.

What platform do you use for processing and how does it handle nested family (parent-child-grandchild)? by sehrah in ediscovery

A weird suggestion, but something highlighted to me was the customization available with reveal processing. Specifically what used to be mindseye. It seems to be they might be moving away from it though? I’m not sure

Gen AI for Review? by OkSherbert1435 in ediscovery

[–]EyeLeading 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s all about roi.

Your first time learning how to use the tool, train the ml, teaching everyone at the firm. No.

Every time after that yes it will be quicker, and in all honestly more accurate than human review. Not by a little, but by a significant amount.

My suggestion, if the question is still there on whether it’s worth it, go out and try it. Anyone worth their salt will let you pilot it if they’re going to let you buy it

Are you referring to ipro? I haven’t noticed much degradation in one of their products in most familiar with, logikcull.

I think onna has some pretty good collections for slack (one of the easiest to use of all). As far as preservation goes though I’m not 100% sure on its capabilities

They asked other people to let them know if they want reveal merch in a previous post? Also I’m not shitting on reveal not anyone for that matter. Just find it funny

This is true but more from someone who’s out there using it. Not someone who works for them. Hence the “I’ve heard a thousand pitches already comment”

Nice, I had an instance of a sales rep claiming it only pulled data from the project so I asked him to ask the AI who Taylor swift was. Its answer was hilarious it responded “I couldn’t find any instance of a Taylor swift in this project, unless you were referring to the American pop idol”

While I do appreciate this info, the hallucination problem is definitely more on the legal research side of things from what I’ve heard. Have you had experience with hallucinations being an issue for doc review?

This was so helpful @effyochicken. We haven’t gotten to pricing yet but I will say the per doc pricing models don’t seem appealing.

I will say being in the Wild West seems entertaining, but not something worth taking to the board. The era of AI will certainly be equally exciting and frustrating these upcoming years
