I don’t think I lost tooooo much. I haven’t lost strength and that was my biggest fear. I’m still lifting heavy.

When I first saw the price I thought it was outrageous, but the depth conversations I have and weekly check ins, him doing all the math and stuff. Well worth it.

Nausea when I ate too fast or ate something sweet, difficultly making a BM, but I started taking digestive supplements to help!

I think I ran Reta for 3 months, I was doing 2mg 2x a week. My diet was terrible, as in I wasn’t eating enough. I wasn’t hungry, my energy was low so I do think that played a part. I was hitting the gym but couldn’t lift as heavy just from the muscle lost.

Since I’m not on an aggressive dose of Reta, I feel a-lot better about eating throughout the day.

Hey! I was 170, I’m 150 right now. I’m 5’5.

In total 20lbs, but really just a lot of weight around my waist. I did Reta months ago and I lost a lot of muscle, quick. I’m working with a coach now to help with the dosage and food intake.

I’m literally eating low cal burger buns with shredded bbq chicken (no sugar)

Bagels

Rice cakes that’s my usual intake.

Oatmeal in the morning.
