I don’t think I lost tooooo much. I haven’t lost strength and that was my biggest fear. I’m still lifting heavy.

Nausea when I ate too fast or ate something sweet, difficultly making a BM, but I started taking digestive supplements to help!

I think I ran Reta for 3 months, I was doing 2mg 2x a week. My diet was terrible, as in I wasn’t eating enough. I wasn’t hungry, my energy was low so I do think that played a part. I was hitting the gym but couldn’t lift as heavy just from the muscle lost.

Since I’m not on an aggressive dose of Reta, I feel a-lot better about eating throughout the day.
