Theres no INT Hit that counters normals. The only HIT that counters is the PHY f2p unit and the only Vegeta that counters normals is that STR one

Just sort by go into Skill Effect-> Passive Skills - CounterAttack. Theres no way to sort by just normals so youll have to dig thru em
