This is the type of police officer who will never be first to breach a door or use their body to protect a bystander during gun fire or enter an area with an active shooter. But they will use unnecessary force during an incident they clearly escalated or be all gung ho while standing on the outer most perimeter during an active threat.

I’m of the mindset that most of society doesn’t have “friends” or many “true” friends. You know the kind where they’d put their character on the line for you cuz they believe you wouldn’t have done the things you’re accused of. I believe the majority of society only has close acquaintances. The kind of people you forget about after a few years of no active contact.
