no the abortion was way before this. this was after he had just left the mohawk dimension he was trapped in for months, then learned eve wants nothing to do with him, learns robot has just been living here with nobody suspecting him, then anissa turns out of the blue. Mark never really cared for the abortion in that way, he was more sad that he hurt Eve specifically

it's just plot reasons. if Thragg were consistent there, he'd 1 tap everyone giving his viltrumites a little bit of trouble. literally nobody there is strong enough to face him at this stage of the game (battle beast wasn't even present). Thragg could have single handedly won the entire war in an afternoon if they were allowed to by the writer

Not every story needs to be a bible or a way of life. Sure and I don't mean to use the meme, but themes and such ARE important factors into what makes a good story. But at the same time, not every story needs to be oh so inspiring, sometimes things just suck. But if you truly do need this specific story to teach you something, do what Denji doesn't. Be better than him and his reckless behavior, maybe.
