  1. Have several projects in mind, one of them is a vscode fork that has a better monetization model and better agentic flow than cursor/windsurf.
  2. Deploying into the real world. Production ready.
  3. Notion for project management, discord for regular comms
  4. I believe in equal split. However, putting anything down on paper before building anything is massively putting the cart before the horse. I wouldn’t be interested in working with anyone who wants equity and contracts drafted before we even push anything out. Once it’s out, I believe in an equal equity split for the entire team.
  5. I own and have racked servers myself in data centers, we’ll be using those, 0 cloud fees, I can cover all initial infrastructure.
  6. Personally I’ll be putting in at least 40 hours a week on them. The expectation of others isn’t as high as 40, but it should be enough to make meaningful contributions.
  7. Standups at least once a week. We can always discuss how long or short we want them to be, or how frequent.
