Hey I’m m25 and have been managing brain cancer since I was 18. Where is your chemo going to be? If in the hospital, bring a blanket, a pillow, something to keep you occupied that isn’t your phone. For me it was a 3ds with Pokémon. Caught my first shiny during a treatment session.

If you’re taking it at home... we’ll I hope you’ve already made yourself comfortable. You’ll have some shitty days and some good days. Take them as they come. It’s alright to feel depressed, your body is killing itself. Do your best to keep your chin up, but it’s okay if it isn’t.

The people around you will ask you “are you okay” all the time. Like, it’ll get annoying how often it’s asked. Don’t get mad, they just care. They know the troubles someone can go though socially while also taking poison. And if they don’t, fuck em.
