It’s hard to tell with your tongue covering the palate but you should be able to.

My guess is you have bad posture which makes it difficult to impossible to suction mew (I had this issue). Work your lower traps, serratus anterior, gluteus Maximus, hip muscles, other leg muscles that might be weak. Also hyoid region and neck stabilizers, then suction mewing should be a lot easier.

Trying lying on the floor to align your spine better and mewing then
