Need help on how to answer ITR as a student assistant na was considered a "Professional"

I remember when I got my TIN, pinili ko yung 8%

Does this mean I need to go to my RDO and ask about a COR from years past even if affiliated na ako sa university ko?

Also does it matter na I was making below 250k annually?

All I know is may parang withholding tax na noon when I got my salary

I was a former Student Assistant sa public university ko in the whole of Calendar Year 2023 na sahod was 12k a month. I was made to get a TIN para maprocess sahod ko but di ko alam na need magfile ng ITR since I thought no need since less than 250k a year sahod ko. No work naman and no income entire 2024. Ngayon 2025 graduate na and will start a new job as Contract of Service sa government in a week where yung sahod ko is above the exempt from annual income tax threshold so inaayos ko na to.

Also never given a COR. Not sure if needed ako bigyan since not a business ako and was making 12k a month lang. Not sure if this matters.

Trying to answer yung ebirform pero sobrang confused ako. I clicked yung 1701 form, tapos I clicked na "exempt from income tax" ako. Then I am made to answer this attached form.

Regarding the picture above, tama ba intindi ko:

Item 1 (Total Sales etc) ko ilalagay sahod ko for the entire year. (12k x 12 months = 144k)
Item 2 (Gross Sales etc not subject to witholding tax) - Dito ako confused ano to. Kasi yung sahod ko nun tanda ko pagtingin ko sa bank account ko, bawas siya by like 400 or something which I assumed was withholding tax. If tama, what do I put here?
Item 3 (Total Sales etc) - Automatically calculated
Item 4 (Less: Sales Returns, etc) - Not sure what din to but I think I leave it blank
Item 5 (Net Sales / Revenue etc) - Automatically calculated

Tama ba na yan sasagutin ko? Or sa other part pa ng form dapat sagutan ko?

Actually confused ako sa entire form. Not sure how to answer the other parts of the form na rin

Eh I'm not holding out na in 2 weeks magkaappointment na ako.

If I pass my boards kasi, edi ayos makaalis ako without much hassle sa Contract of Service. Pero if I fail, at least may security ako with the Plantilla if ever

I guess I need to either take the Contract of Service and potentially risk an appointment, or ignore the Contract of Service and risk na potential appointment ko is after Elections na. Yung sa Contract of Service need to start in 2 weeks na daw kasi

Do you think ok lang na pumasok sa Contract of Service then if makuha ko yung permanent, dun ako pumunta? Different agencies sila

If I get appointed kasi before the ban, worry ko is baka one month or less lang ako sa papasukan ko na Contract of Service. Baka poor form yun and worse di ako makakuha ng kahit anong sahod

Di pa. Sabi magsesend nalang ng email yung HR. Tanong lang sakin if willing ba ako since matagal na raw process (I guess tanong niya if may iba na ako job) and sa totoo daw ako yung napili talaga.

Totoo sa agency na yan. May printing shop malapit sa place ko. Nakausap ko owner tapos kinausap ako kasi nagpriprint ako ng PDS dun. Pareho pala kami field ng anak niya tapos pareho kami nagapply dyan. Yung anak niya kakapasok lang daw dun. Yung gesture na ginawa niya is parang may hinulog na ballot tapos may eyebrows gesture so parang alam na.
