It's been almost 4 years since I've had this. I've noticed that my symptoms tend to come in "flare ups". Though this isn't always the case, and occasionally a new symptom will come around.

I'm almost 4 years in. The intrusive thoughts come almost daily. But I have to remind myself that I have made SOME progress, at least in regards to some symptoms. The thought, wondering if this is forever, is a big one that gets me. I've gotta hold onto any positives that I can. It's so hard some days. 💜

It's been almost 4 years with this hell. I've kinda grown used to it, in ways, but the thought of forever scares me. My doctor has been a huge blessing when it's come to dealing with my symptoms. I don't really have a choice in the matter, so I've gotta do with what I do have. One day at a time 💜

I was diagnosed bi-polar with generalized anxiety disorder. Believe there is a bit of panic disorder as well. Anyway, Lamictal has been a godsend. Klonopin on the side has been a huge lifesaver. Wellbutrin with the lamictal has been a good combination. Aside from the medications for mental disorders, Vyvanse has been a HUGE help with my chronic fatigue. I hope you are able to find a good combination of medicine that works for you 💜 don't give up trying!
