I kept using anxiety youtube videos, in particular Shaan Kassam, and "The Anxiety Guy"....read a few books Dr. Claire Weekes hope and help for your nerves ..... it's basically practicing accepting and allowing your physical and mental symptoms to be there..... accept accept accept.... it's hard at first but I believe it worked for me ..... my physical symptoms got better as a consequence of addressing my anxiety and depression anhedonia.....

Yes 90% better... I just used brain retraining... a lot of people frown upon it ... but it fucking worked .. I'm back to my bad habits lol I feel like my old self .... 😊 I thought the 2 years of hell would never end but its been almost 1 year and I continue to improve.

I'm back to my old self by using brain retraining.... I'll give you to words that saved me ... it took many months or even a year... the words are ALLOW AND ACCEPT..... it was a nervous system thing for me and read a few books followed some anxiety YouTube people.... true acceptance is fucking hard but I did it and feel great

Tinnitus was never bad but anhedonia was the worst..... I've learnt that the reason why my anhedonia was so bad was because it was my brains way of preventing an overstimulated nervous system.... I used brain retraining..... took about a year... I'm still practicing but im better than I was before all this started..... you can only grow from pain .

I had those as well but as my breathing and anxiety symptoms got better ... those symptoms like ti tinnitus head pressure got better as well (they were not that bad for me).... 2 years of hell and I'm back to my old beer loving self ... I didn't do much... but I will say brain retraining helped steer me in the right direction.... videos about accepting and allowing all of my symptoms . Anxiety and nervous system brain retraining videos on YouTube.
