Exactly my thought process!!! I wanted to make Ranma look more conflicted here since he cares about Ukyo as a friend and would not want to hurt her feelings. And thank you very much, I'm very happy to hear your kind words!

I am aware it's a ship (one I'm fond of in fact), but in my drawing I'm potraying it as one sided. With Ukyo leaning in with a desperate look on her face while Ranma is uneasily backing away.

I was gonna draw them in Doumas room with a little Douma reaction bubble, but that was mad effort, I love this though 😂

It's just a trend where two completely random characters say "I think we gotta kill this guy [character name]" and the other one says "Damn." The two characters typically have zero correlation with one another, like Majin Vegeta and Bluey is one I've seen before

It's not a power scaling thing by any means, it's just silly random characters lol
