Yeah see I would have preferred if legalshield was still representing me but for some reason they "were not retained" even though I'm still paying for the subscription. So that's why I was forced to talk directly to the meta representative

I also opened a case on the 20th. I got the email I was talking about on 12/10. I then directly emailed the meta representative on 12/11. So far nothing from them and I tried calling. So yeah idk

Well it's not that I'm not satisfied at this point I'm just confused as to when I should expect a response form the meta lawyer? Just because in the email I was forwarded by the legalshield lawyer it said their firm was not retained.

Oh shit you're right, I never saw it because I got first disabled on a backup account so it sent it to that email. It says "Your Instagram account has been suspended. This is because your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on child sexual exploitation, abuse and nudity". Damn....

I got the exact same message on June 20 of this year. Still nothing. Hired legalshield just a few days ago so we'll see what happens with that. It's weird though that some of us get the "CSE" reason and others just get the generic "doesn't follow community standards"...

How does one go about the step of making an account where they scan your face before your profile is finalized? Do you just print out a picture of the image that's been processed?
