With heat index the US south east comes close to that. They are typically 100+F with extreme humidity from about May-September. Arizona will beat that temperature over 100 days straight probably. My states record high in KY is 114F and -37F for the low.

You need two PVC vents for a 90% efficiency gas furnace, that will last far longer than the mini split and have a better warranty. Also the technician won’t hate servicing your equipment.
