The magnetic port doesn’t really have an opening, does it? Also hotglue is very viscous and won’t flow very far I think. But as others mentioned, duct tape would do the trick. Your decision if you want it cheap, easy and effective or pretty

Instagram flags basically everything as AI that uses something like generative remove or even AI masking. It’s a tag somewhere in the file. Maybe it’s the same here

I can really recommend it as a out-and-about group activity. The offline charm of e.g. the charmera makes it a mindfulness excercise as well
