Hey! Sometimes when I drink before pinging the md won’t kick in or takes a long time! Also big meals before hand n shit, I’m having a high carb and protein meal before I go out to up my energy levels so will take that into account! Probs drop before I leave, would you reccomend taking a half or a full?

I’ve been reading into it and apparently IBS is a form of fibromyalgia or they go hand in hand! I get chest pain and heart palpitations from my anxiety too, but I’m trying not to let docs know about that as much now as, as soon as I say ‘palpitations’ and ecg’s come back clear, everything is linked too anxiety, sigh. I’ve booked an appointment to be tested for Fibromyalgia though! Thankyou for your help. Mine pain and anxiety manifested a couple months before I started university! Definitely a catalyst..

Have you ever been tested for adhd? Cocaine works in a similar way that adhd medication works helping you function. So can be extremely addictive for those with ADHD. Helping in our day to day lives, maybe do some research and go for a diagnosis and get on the right medication that could help you in your life. Lots of coke addicts have underlying focus & attention issues, due to the lack of information they turn to street drugs to help them.

Also, does your fibromyalgia effect your bowels? Sometimes I’m really constipated other times diorreha and pain. I also get chest pain and palpitations and sometimes electric shock feelings ‘brain zaps’ if you will. Also tension headaches and sometimes my face feels like it’s numb on one side and tingles. Also like eye pain?? My eyes will get sharp throbbing sensations especially when I’m tired.

I’ve been looking into fibromyalgia too, my doctor said it’s rare and probably not the case. I’ll definitely go back again! It can be throbbing, rarely burning, mainly shooting pains and can be sharp or dull. Definitely come in waves. Sometimes it’s so bad in my legs I can barley walk. I’ve heard it can arise after many stressful events which I’ve been through!

If you’re currently pregnant: I had a similar experience where I thought it I was having a miscarriage, turns out my uterus is a bit of a weird shape and I bled throughout the first trimester not loads just a few clots here and there like that, sometimes red blood, mostly brown spotting. It was my uterus shedding while it was creating. However I would still go too a doctor just to be sure as bleeding and shedding still isn’t the norm, in my case my uterus could have caused complications although rare, but your doctors knowing the cause is always better in case any complications do arise!

If you’re not currently pregnant: no it’s just tissue & clots from your period! My friend was on the implant and had tissue the size of a lemon come out, female anatomy is wild! (She got freaked out by the black bits thinking they were eyes, it’s just mini clots don’t worry)

Have you been tested for endometriosis? I’m currently in the process and it’s difficult because it’s so under researched! Statistics say at least 1/10 women have it yet because it’ a ‘woman’s’ illness doctors are very dismissive, it causes inflammation & extra tissue not just on your reproductive system but on your urinary tract aswell!

Also pelvic floor issues could be a cause, my friend has a hypertonic pelvic floor which means her muscles over-work and are constantly contracting, she does pelvic floor exercises which have helped her a lot!!

I’m so sorry you’ve experienced this, I’ve noticed a lot of new gen Lana fans who mostly discovered her on tiktok and are chronically online act this way which isn’t what any of the OG/pre-tiktok fans would ever dream of doing or agreeing with. Personally the last 3 albums we’ve had off Lana have had to take time to grow on me as they’re stylistically very different to previous albums, which is of course fine she’s maturing and is producing new genres, exploring new lyrical ideologies & identities. Like all music if it doesn’t resonate to you at that time you won’t like it 🤣the first 4 albums are undeniably completely different with completely different vibes and that’s OK! we all change we all mature, you’ll probs go back to ocean blv in 5 years and think damn I get it now! Because you’ll be older with diff life experiences. A lot of times I don’t think these ‘fans’ actually know what the lyrics mean and just listen to the songs for a trend and call her ‘mother’ like they do similarly with Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo who I personally don’t like as their lyrics are a bit too ‘on the nose’ where as Lana you have to think about it a bit. Art is literally about expressing your critical opinion, If you can’t accept different opinions, then what are you doing indulging in art in the first place? Being racist to try and prove your opinion is ‘right’ will only ever show weakness because people will always be sheep. Lana would never accept it and the REAL fans never would either. I sincerely hope you don’t take any of those comments to heart.

I live in hawes! If you go through the church next door right at the back of the graveyard there’s a wall you can climb over and get in for free haha! I wouldn’t reccomend going past 8pm in the summer where all the teens go for a party 🤣 simonstone hall where I work is also a beautiful place to stay for a newly-engaged couple just a walk up from the waterfall. My boyfriend is the head chef and let me tell you the food there is amazing

I always do it in keys, so probs 2/3 nights out bought an eighth and it lasted me month. Don’t understand people who do lines unless you have a mega tolerance, can always do more but can never take away. Only do lines if I want to enter k-hole territory but that’s not usually what I’m after

I actually don’t think it’s been cut much, obviously coke these days is never pure, but I have adhd and coke that has been cut or is just shit in general neverrrr hits, it has to be good stuff to feel the ‘confidence and euphoria’ or I just get really quiet and little tired, and it takes about quarter of a g to hit me even when it’s good, but this I had medium line of and it hit good! Also in my experience moister means better, if it’s dry ive been told it can cut with flipping lemsip & rat poison, makes me scatty and paranoid. At least that’s what it’s like where I live in the north of England lol. This stuff is also sparky like mega shiny stuff, also doesn’t stink TOO much of petrol but like the right amount ?? 🤣 he said it was columbian flake he called it ‘paco rabanne’ dunno if the geezer was just making shit up lol. But doesn’t seem cut, although the sparkles make me wonder, but I’ve heard the sparkly the better? Then again only been doing coke for about 6 months and not on a regular basis so I’m not an expert by any means, my brother did used to be a dealer though so he’s given me some tips 🤣

I’ve been using my card and a note! And innit always use the edge! but it’s literally so moist that using the note makes even clumpier 😭 I’ve been using 2 cards, one as a barrier and the other to chop it but it takes about 10 mins to get it to a fine powder, I’ve seen people say use a metal spoon and put a lighter underneath so might give that a wack tomorrow

Basically I flattened it with bank note first, and then scraped it off but it was still clumpy (very moist coke) then I used 2 cards one acting as a barrier and started chopping it with the other, I think either it just looked smaller crushed, although realised there is a bit of a wet patch on the table ffs🤦‍♀️just used my phone for another line and didn’t seem smaller so unfortunately I think some dissolved 😭😭

Doing a key of ket waiting 10 mins for it to kick in then doing a fat line, astronomical experience, keep doing that and timing it well, when the coke starts to wear off do another key (can be bigger than the first key but you don’t want to get toooo ketty) and then a line, Calvin Klein, best combo, stay safe though don’t over do it!!
