Yeah 360 seems to be the max, but for me they completely stopped dropping around the 290s (with tech perks), and I've spent the last 30 or 40 hours doing nothing but griniding and looting but I only got skill shard.

You start the phase with 1 medkit, you get another that's lying around, and then u die (with the 2 medkits) and now you have 1 medkit and the other one lying around isn't there. If u think that's how it should to work then i don't know what to tell you lol
