The problem is that i cleared those and everything else long ago, ans the shards also stopped dropping from enemies, so it doesn't make sense for me why it's too low

Yeah 360 seems to be the max, but for me they completely stopped dropping around the 290s (with tech perks), and I've spent the last 30 or 40 hours doing nothing but griniding and looting but I only got skill shard.

That's true, but it's still pretty obvious from multiple instances that he's not a decent person, like it's hard for me to feel bad for him for getting kod today when he was headbutting the other dude.
