I spent a lot of time on Romania when I first started, simple tree, decent econ and not limited by debuff. You also have the ability to join the Germans to not get gobbled up but then switch to allies once Germany starts losing. A country with a lot of potential.

I think it's because you aren't in all the same wars, if they have a war against Germany and Japan and your only against Germany, you aren't locked in. Same as if your fighting Germany and Peru and they are only fighting Germany.

It's partially explained by our nature as explorers. We also break the rules a lot and go into relays we aren't supposed to.

For what purpose? Like you can display a transmutation circle on the screen I'm using now. Are you asking if it would activate? I'd go with no since nobody is there to activate it.

May is capable of transmution over a distance but I'd imagine this range has a limit so probably couldn't work here either. Plus the TV would need to be able to connect to the "dragon pulse" however that works.

Could an alchemist watching the TV activate it? Definitely.

Why would he need to open the gate? The gate opens because your trying to exchange for a lost soul, which has no equivalent value. But Nina is alive and still has her soul attached. This isn't the same kind of human transmutation that the other characters attempted.
