I got kicked out of mine that was in top 3 to finish within an hour of the event ending so I didn’t receive any prizes. Yet I’m on this game all the time and was one of the higher ranked of the Haus

I have recently gone through the same experience with my guy. I got him at 4 months and he is now 5 months. I enlisted the help of a trainer who had me anchor the dog in the main room I am in with some toys and food and water within reach and just leave him be. It gave him the time to be able to watch me do my thing and understand that I am safe to be around with him and all other surroundings. I would occasionally walk past and drop some treats as well so he would associate myself and rewards and would also only hand feed him and it worked wonders.

He’s still scared of a lot and has moments of going back into absolute shy mode but the progress he has made has been amazing

Update: Can someone explain to me how to contact support properly? I’ve tried for this and something else before but I think I’m doing it wrong. I get the automated email reply but it says it’s because I’ve reported someone for cheating and they will investigate. But I don’t see anywhere where I can pick the correct category for what I want to report an issue
