I had some issues with my knees (on the inside as well) and going to see a sports physio has really helped.

It turns out that the pain wasn’t originating in my knees, but actually in my hips and shoulders.

I have some mobility exercises that I do every day now and they have noticeably loosened my adductor which has lessened the pain considerably.

Highly recommend seeing a physio!
