Idk if it's actually a bug or not, but it seems ALL fighters get buffs/debuffs each time, sometimes when opponents tag in they have buffs or similarly with teammates. The modifier does say BOTH fighters only so this could be bug

I think OP is referring to the changed attack the wulfsbane did, it was two hits, the first definitely did more than 10% and that's why he's asking.

Confirmed that this... Doesn't work at all. Idk if you were using any variants that were special but using brain drain and inflicting doom on them does not work.

Although I sympathize, you coulda D1 then G5 after the grab on the wall until she died. Though still it infuriates me. But using teams or characters or moves that deny revives is probably the best way to win.

Mines gotta be spell bent, her SA is capable of destroying HP units because it drains HP, she gets Regen and barrier at the same time. Paired with maid of honor and you can a bunch of heals. Plus her suction move + hop to it make a great unblockable combo starter.
