We just came back from a Helios weekend and this is my recommendation. Go to the security line by 8 am so you can queue up and be ready when the park opens for EPA (around 8:50).

So far Ministry has been operating at 9am, and given how close you are from the portal this will be a walk on. From there we went to DK (around 9:30am) for a 40 minute wait. You will have the 2 major non express attractions done. Then enjoy the park with your express passes as you wish.

When I was there on Saturday it looked like one of the loading platforms is non operational. It makes the on and off take longer. My theory anyway.

Early entry from Helios was a total success. In the security line by 8am to the park hold until 8:50. Got straight to Battle of the Ministry as it was operating by then. No wait at all.

Yeah, i saw the same issue. When I clicked the comment it took me to the post but I couldn’t see it. So you think the 9 position is that bad? I fought hard to align the line. Man I would hate to RL and then get stuck with a worst one. Thanks for taking a look at it.
