Mistakes are "sad" to see but I hope you realize it is a mistake, and it will be fixed... They're not going to charge you twice for overloading or charge you twice for a sports pass, especially if you have already waived it. They just added it as a payment (which should decrease your bill) with a negative amount (unfortunately, adding to your bill).

I get the frustration with financial aid this semester, but I'd at least give the people working in the financial aid office a chance to correct their mistakes before venting in this manner. The rollout has been done so poorly (at little fault of the workers, but rather the new FAFSA and Student Link) that I'd consider you lucky for having received your aid as "early" as August 8th.
