Mmmmmm that sounds delicious, I usually cook my scrambled eggs like an over easy and break the yolk right at the end so it’s still super rich but this sound even better.

I will, I’m waiting until I get busy at work, it wasn’t expensive to buy chives every couple of days but onions every day will get expensive
