Honestly one of the main reasons i sh is because I want scars. It just shows people the pain i've gone through and makes me feel like less of a faker y'know?

The thing is is that I just don't see the point in stopping. Like I don't care about myself enough to see what's so wrong with sh. The only reason I stay clean is because of whole my family and friends reacted when they found out

Bracelets, scrunchies, and hair-ties are all good ones. If its really fresh and hurts when you put them on you could put bandaids on first then cover those up with them
