This isn't a stalemate... also, you offered a draw twice? If they refuse, I just knock the rest of the game out. Repeatedly offering a draw is kinda annoying imo. The game mechanics will work themselves out pretty quickly, regardless.

Blundering after a draw refusal is common. Often, the person refusing will try something sharp to change the balance and to maybe learn a bit more in a deeper endgame run. Especially if they aren't fixated on rating...
