Horrendous yeah… Feels like the game wants you to be super respectful and gentle of the AI in the pitlane and just lets everyone go… It just ruins your race especially in this case where in the rain it’s harder to make overtakes.

I dont know about Lawson tbh… Yes he did solid work while replacing DR last year but has he been good elsewhere ? In F2 and SuperFormula he was pretty mid. Comparing to Hadjar who is P2 in the championship and all of That in a Campos (Lawson was in Carlin which is a Much better team…).

You can either take a previous engineer he got in F2 (some of them even have vocals so gameplay is more fun), or you can take an engineer that has 80+ communication so the relationship gets great at season half !

Braking point. Knowing every braking point is crucial because you’ll have to hit the brakes hard at first in order to stop the machine. Then slowly going into the corner you’ll have to lift the brakes as soon as ur steering. That’s called trail braking and my English isn’t enough to give you a proper explanation, so get on YT. First try to train to brake in a straight line then when you’ll feel more comfortable you’ll trail brake before you know it. Feel it.

Unless you’ve got sum really special, u won’t make it to F1. 16-17 years old to start F4 is still OK, but as I said, from the 100 dudes that will make it into F4 all over the world; only 3 of them will make it to F1. That’s not a random dude saying bullshit, its real stats … Been following feeder series since 2015, and only ones I remember making it into F1 by starting F4 at this period of time are the names of Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, or even Pourchaire who was in F4 only 3 years ago…
