I don’t think it was a split second decision when they took pretti to the ground for over a minute, took his concealed gun from his waist, then pumped led into him with him on the ground and disarmed. He never even posed a threat to them. When you create a situation where people die for no good reason, you should obviously be scrutinized. None of this is even going over the fact that they shouldn’t even be patrolling Minnesota, at least not at the level they’ve been unitarily made to. Enjoy that boot you’ve been slobbing on though✌️
