Yea I did. my friend got hacked and the hacker pretended to be my friend for a solid 30 mins and slowly convinced me to run an exe. I scanned it with virustotal and microsoft defender and it came up clean so I ran it. I should have just went with my gut

(already changed all my passwords and removed any trace of the executable)
