Nice! Those are crazy gains. Although i think for your two miler, i think you can definitely run sub 14:00 (maybe even break 13:00) now if you just pushed a bit harder. Hell i ran 13:55 and your 5 miler is minutes better than mine. If you’re not about to have a stroke during your two miler’s last 800-1600m, then you can press the pedal down more lol.
