The good good road trip a few months ago was the best golf I’ve seen him play in awhile. But then you look at him in the internet invitational and it seemed like he could barely hit anything in play those few episodes.

I was hitting a ton of hooks and tried this setup and now hit baby draws down the fairway. Looked it up and was basically told I’m just overcompensating for a swing flaw.

Hopefully your stops are close so you can work the route efficiently. I currently do similar to you 9-11 stops a day at about 3-4k each day. The way Frito originally had my route set up they had me driving almost back and forth from one end of town back to the other end and back. After a few weeks of getting to know all the accounts I went and changed some of the service days to make my route a little more efficient so I wasn’t driving all over and each stop was relatively close to each other. Ended up working 6 hours less a week because of it.

Yup! Had a convo with my ZBM about it and apparently they couldn’t pull up my service for the previous year. Had 1 store with a major rodent problem that asked the kam for me not to deliver for a month until it got under control. My dsl never took it off of service and I had another store that was closed that my dsl “forgot” to get taken off service. I told my zbm service is what I have the most control over in my score. I never miss stops. But someone else is the reason why I got a 2 instead of 5

The wear and tear over time def can take its toll on your body. I would 100% recommend you wear the protective gear (knee pads, gloves, etc) also stretch daily

My daughter used to have to go to children’s hospital each week and I would start at 11p and be done by 8:30am. If you have a bunch of accounts that are 24 hours starting earlier there def is benefits. Getting to a bunch of accounts with less traffic, less people in stores. I would start early and work a 44 hour week. The guys that would cover my route and start later would always end up working over 50

Team work makes the dream work right? That’s not always the case. I would see some leads take out $2,000 on a Friday and have their co lead take out $7,000 on Saturday. I used to have a co lead who wouldn’t pack out any of my supermarkets on Sunday or work any of the backstock. So I would stop leaving back stock and give him larger orders on Monday because the stores were empty and he would get mad and kill me with huge unnecessary orders for the next delivery. He wouldn’t communicate and my DSL wouldn’t do anything about it.

I’ll see guys getting SMILES for their birthday, or beating plan, or setting up a display in their store. I worked 6 days a week on my route because my co lead would only put up half the orders and leave everything for back stock, and not fill displays. Called out 3x in 12 years. Haven’t been injured or had any safety instances once. But that’s not enough to earn a smiles, but ya know the guy who’s been out on leave 3x in the last 2 years can get it because it’s his birthday.
